Frequently Asked Questions About Web Design
Can you design a website with any budget plan?
Not really. The price of developing a website depends on the kind of website you want. Reach out to us and we will discuss a fair deal.
Do you provide a domain and hosting?
Domain and hosting are a separate plan from designing since once purchased, they belong to you and not us. You can purchase from a trusted hosting company or we can help you purchase from the company we trust.
What do I need to provide for you to start designing?
We will need you to come up with the content of your website according to the structure of your business. You should also have a logo and the required pictures to accompany the content. If you need help in those, we have brand designers and writers noting that we will add it on top of the design budget.
Will I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. For the purpose of trust, our policy is to receive 30% of the agreed upon price before we start the work. This is not inclusive of the domain and hosting purchasing plan.
Do I have a say on how I want the design to be?
Sure. In fact we recommend that you have a selection of existing websites of your competitor brands you’d like for us to borrow from to best illustrate what you expect from us.
In how long will the website be ready?
The timeframe depends on the amount of work to be done. Technical sites like online shopping sites or any other that needs the integration of payment systems take longer. We will negotiate on a reasonable timeframe before the work begins.
Do you provide website management services?
Yes we do. The designing of a website does not include website management. We can arrange for that on a separate deal. However, as an after sales service, we monitor the performance of the site for a week and help you familiarize with it.
Is it possible to connect the website with social media?
Yes. We recommend and offer this as part of the designing deal especially if your website involves news and blogs. Your updates will be auto-posted to your connected social media pages. Although managing your social media is on a separate deal.
